Name advice

We are currently expecting baby #2 and do not yet know what we are having.
DD1 is Olive Jeanette. If baby #2 is a boy he will be Ezra Weldon but we are debating on girl names. We have always loved Violet, but I'm afraid it's too matchy with Olive. Our two current favorites are Violet (middle name undecided) and Eliza Jane.
Which do you prefer?

I actually would say that Olive and Eliza are more matchy than Olive and Violet.  That being said, I wouldn't side-eye either sibset, and both Eliza Jane and Violet are pretty names.

I think Olive and Violet sound nice together, I wouldn't call them matchy. Eliza is also nice but I prefer Violet.

I love Violet and think it sounds perfect with Olive!

I don't think either one is matchy, but I like Violet a smidge more. I do think Jeanette and Jane are a little weirdly similar, but I suppose it doesn't matter much in middle names.

Thanks everyone! I didn't even think of Jeanette and Jane being similar! Now we will have to find a middle name for Violet

Olive and Violet are fine together. Anyone else realize that Olive can be spelled from Violet. Not sure why I find this so intriguing right now.

Going with Violet. Staying with the botany theme I also love the sound of the letter V in names and Olive and Violet both have that lovely v sound.

This is why I was afraid they were too matchy!! You just scramble the letters and add a T and you get Violet lol.
