Feeling great, but like I'm huge. Doctor said I was measuring a little big. STM and last time I actually got extra ultrasounds because I was measuring small enough to worry them. Didn't expect to show so much so early this time! Just had our 16 week appointment and did feel a little relieved to hear the HB. Can't believe how many people already did their a/s. Ours isn't until March 29th. Our OB does it at 22 weeks and I am a late July. We are team green though, so waiting's not so bad.
Haha. The wind knocked our power out and we stayed at a hotel with our 1.5 year old DD. it's been an experience. Glad to go back home since I was not prepared for that this weekend.
How many weeks/what fruit? 17 weeks - onion/pomegranate/game controller/chipmunk/creme brûlée x 2 for twins
Symptoms/rants/raves/appointments: The nausea seems to have finally let up. Staying on all my meds for now though... I do not want to feel that sick again. Appt on Thursday, just our standard every two weeks ultrasound for the twins. I love that I get to see them that often.
GTKY: Any fun weekend plans? DH is on his way home so we can go to Costco together. Thrilling...
How many weeks/what fruit? 21 weeks - baby bok choy/ baseball hat
Symptoms/rants/raves/appointments: Last night and this morning I noticed my boobs are leaking a bit. I knew it would happen eventually but this seems wayyyy early. It was definitely a "oh yeah, ok, this baby thing is really happening" moment.
GTKY: Any fun weekend plans? DH is out of town this weekend so I'm just being lazy. I'm meeting him in Toronto on Monday because he's getting an award from the Heart and Stroke foundation. They covered our hotel and his airfare and we're sitting at a VIP table at this big gala... it should be a good time. He has to give a speech...that he hasn't written yet...
21wks and according to WTE he's the size of a banana.
RLP, sciatica, headaches, dizziness, and holy heck at the pressure already. On a better note I had an appt earlier this week and my OB said I passed the 1hr gtt last month I don't have to do it again until 28wks so instead of doing it three times I only have to do it twice! Woo-hoo!
GTKY As long as the weather holds out this will be my view pretty much all weekend. So no fun plans but I won't be complaining.
21 weeks and baby's the size of a pomegranate/baby bok choy/baseball cap (this is really all over the place in size!)
RLP, back pain, headaches, general emotions. A/S is on Monday and I'm nervous. And excited! And nervous.
It was gorgeous here today so we took the dogs for a long walk on the beach and then played cards with friends. Tomorrow I think I'm going to go for another long walk and then sew some bibs and baby blankets. And sleep in!
Symptoms/rants/raves/appointments: I'm feeling really good. Went for a long walk with DH tonight and it felt great. The morning sickness really did a number on me for the first few months, so it's nice to move and not barf. My anatomy scan is Monday and I'm feeling pretty anxious.
GTKY: Any fun weekend plans? Bought my glider and ottoman today, so that was fun. I'm doing laundry tomorrow. I'm very exciting.
finally feeling good. I noticed yesterday that I'm not dry heaving anymore after brushing my teeth. Feeling really optimistic about the second half of pregnancy. A/S on Tuesday!
worked so far but hope to take a nice long walk tomorrow since it's nice out.
How many weeks/what fruit?: 21 (pomegranate, baby bok choy, lest weasel?) But baby is measuring a few weeks ahead.. Won't be surprised if he turns into a June baby....
Symptoms/rants/raves/appointments: Feeling good! Hip/back pain at night and pee breaks make sleeping less than ideal. We had our 20 week appointment last week and all is good. Rave for sugary breakfast cereal which I haven't had since I was a little kid and is now the most delicious dessert ever!
GTKY: Any fun weekend plans?: I just got my hair cut and colored so I am feeling good. We're about to do dinner out with friends and then a costco trip needs to happen tomorrow which is always dangerous...
21 weeks or the mysterious 10.5 inch pomegranate....
I'm so exhausted from not being able to sleep. RLP, backaches, sciatic pain, itchy itchy itchy, super emotional, hunnnngry.
This weekend I'm trying to catch up on rest while my husband is at work, and get some exercise in. And take a bath. Ooh and tonight I'm making shrimp tacos.
@theshannondee I wouldn't take how baby measures too seriously. My tech always said it's plus or minus 20%. So if they tell you the baby is 8 pounds it means baby could be a little under 6.5 pounds or just over 9.5 pounds. Last pregnancy my OB was pressuring me to induce earlier than I wanted to and predicted an almost 9 pound baby based on a very recent u/s. I decided to wait and she was born 7 lbs. 1 oz.
Haha right @elenabrent ? My husband and I both were reading that like "wait, no". My favorite is the nearly 12 inch grapefruit coming up......where are they finding these gigantic pieces of fruit??? All lies!
How many weeks/what fruit? 19 weeks ... its a Mango!
Symptoms/rants/raves/appointments: I think I felt some movement the other day. I am so ready to feel her so I wont stress so much that thingsare going smoothly in there. We have our anatomy scan next week 3/1. I am excited because we are going to take my daughter so she can see the baby!
GTKY: Any fun weekend plans? I was in a wedding on Saturday! So glad to have all those festivities behind me. It was stressful and I am exhausted!
A couple days late but my weekend was crazy and flew by...I just enjoyed reading all your updates today though!
I'm 18 weeks and apparently my little munchkin is the size of a sweet potatoe? Or a can of COLA lol
I have a midwife app next week so I'm excited for that, always like hearing the heartbeat. I had a nasty cold last week so I'm still getting over it but glad I'm starting to feel better, my appetite is coming back! I think I lost some weight while I was sick which isn't ideal.
My weekend was busy... Spent most of it painting our house! We're building and I'm so excited we'll be moving in within the next couple of months!

No symptoms except the bump is unhideable now!
We painted our nursery this weekend and I love love love it!
