Anyone do a FET before with BCP first?

I'm doing my first FET and finished birth control pills wed..went in to the dr yesterday to make sure everything looked good to start estrogen.  Everything looked fine and was given the green light to take my first estrogen shot last night.

While at my ultrasound the dr mentioned that I may not get a period or I may get a very light one.  I didn't know that I would/should get a period at all at this point.  Is this normal?  As of now I am not bleeding but had a few wipes with some tints of something on it. I Just want to make sure this is normal and ok as it's Saturday and I can call the dr's office as they are in but it wouldn't be my nurse who knows me.

Hey ! I had to do BFP before doing a long Lupron protocol to prepare for my FET. I was like you , I wasn't sure I would get my period bc the doc had me on the pill but didn't have me finish the entire pack . I got a period ... But it was very very light . Nurse said it was normal . Hope that helps !!

Thanks..that does help!  What is a long lupin protocol for FET? I have briefly heard of it for IVF but not for a FET prep.

I've done bcps before both my FETs. I did bleed afterwards, about 3-4 days after my last pill, but it doesn't happen for everyone.

BCPs are in my protocol for my FET cycle haven't started it yet though.  GL!!
