Trying to Get Pregnant

Is this it?!

So, today is supposed to be the day that I start my period, and usually I start a day or 2 after I am supposed to (of course gets my hopes up everytime! Lol) but I've been experiencing cramps for the past few days and yesterday I saw some faint blood, but then it went away and today there is nothing once again, I didn't even think about it at first but now I realize there is a chance it can be spotting and I'm super excited  (probably shouldn't be) but has anyone else experienced this?! Pray for us! :-) once again, good luck TTC ladies!

  • Period with no blood? Umm..
  • Take a HPT...we can't tell you if you're KU...
  • @RatParade good point. That made me lol.
  • Okay, first of all, thank you all for being extremely rude to me. I really appreciate the support system on this site. We are all experiencing mixed emotions with TTC and I believe that my post was pretty relevant to that. Second of all, is there anything in my post that asks "do you think I'm pregnant?!"? NO, there is not. I specifically asked if any of you have experienced something like this before, I feel like I'm not the only one. I'm not going to just go to the store and buy and HPT when I'm technically not even a day late. Again, all I asked was if any of you have experienced this before and what to expect and maybe not to expect. So no, I'm not "breaking the rules" because I didn't ask ANY of you if I was pregnant. But thanks anyway.
  • I have Ovia on my phone and it adjusts itself everytime I start, but it's always a day or 2 sometimes 3 early. Wow.

Girl, no one was rude. There's literally just no way for any of us to tell if you're pregnant, because we aren't pregnancy tests. Just pee on one, for real. That's how you'll know. Seems much easier than berating people for being real, and helpful.
  • @canavara what makes everything worse is when you're trying to ask for advice on a discussion board and people attack you for it
  • @ShallowSeas thank you, that actually helps, I really appreciate it, will start temping!

    **Stuck in a box**

Except you are basically asking if you are having implantation bleeding, which is also implying  you think this "could be it". So yes, you are asking if you could be pregnant.

There is no need for this "dear diary" post. Read the sticky thread at the top and calm down. Nobody was rude to you, these questions get asked all the time. Your period is never late nor is it early. It can change from consistency time to time. Learn how to temp your bbt and read a copy of TCOYF.

Err, first off, I didn't think anyone was rude to you. Sarcasm is good for the soul.

Secondly, are you temping to confirm O? How do you know AF is late? Ovia cannot accurately predict DPO if you are not temping. Also everyone here recommends reading Taking Charge of your Fertility, and tracking your basal body temp.

Third, this board gets lots of drive by posters hoping to be told they're totes KTFU. Even if you truly aren't  (but it does look like you are), your uhm... strongly negative responses still won't go over well here.

    TLDR: LURK, YO.

    ETA:
Rainbow baby Dean is due 2/17/17!
  • So no I wasn't asking. My question was if any of you have experienced this. And still nobody has told me yes or no in regards to that one question.
  • I can't ask a simple question like this, but there can be a deadpool opinion thread? That's hilarious
  • Yes @Lecool "another one" apparently.

Simple answer. Yes I have.  Helpful?
  • @furbabymom2007 oh yes, so helpful. Great advice on how to deal with it, what to expect, etc.

If you lurked the TWW thread per the newbie instructions you would see at least myself and several others experienced this exact same thing last cycle and didn't end up pregnant. @MissAmeliaPond and anyone else I missed?

ETA: if anyone is curious, this is what against-the-book day temping looks like, hence why temps are so high but still luckily biphasic.

Who was rude? If you lurked more you would see all the driveby posts like this lately and know that this isnt the right thing to do.

In response to bold: yes, there is. Your subject is "Is this it?!"
Also, you mention that today you should be starting your period and of course you always get your hopes up. Asking in anyway, including hinting at it, is still against the TOU.

Please listen to these ladies and re-read the newbie thread and lurk a lot more.
