I had a test called Panorama done today. I'm 10w1d. I'm 37, so I hate to just roll the dice. Plus, I'm totally anxious and excited to find out baby's sex.
With my crazy PGAL brain, I know this will be a long two weeks. Ugh.
Hi, I had the Panorama done last week and it only took 6 days to get results. Hoping yours is quick too!!!
Harmony test was done last Friday at 12 weeks 5 days. Results took exactly one week. Genetics department called with the results. Low risk errything and a baby boy!!! Best results ever.
UGH still impatiently waiting for mine. It was done 2/25. I was hoping the results would be here by my doc appointment today but nope. Then after my appointment today my docs office called. I got all excited thinking yes they are in. Nope just wanting to reschedule my next appointment.
ETA: The longer it is taking the more worried I am getting.
We started the process this past Friday- the U/S took over an hour! Little stinker wouldn't get into the right position, and was moving around like crazy! After having me roll around on the table, drink water, jump around the room, and switching from external to internal U/S, they FINALLY got a read. Then the first round of bloodwork, the second round will happen in 4 weeks. The wait is awful! My insurance doesn't cover genetic testing, so it would cost an extra $600 to get it done so we're going with the standard. We're not high risk at all, and have no family history of issues so I'm hoping it's all OK.
I go in for mine today. So nervous woke up an hour early for work
@StrappinArrow I'm in the same boat with you. Today is our first US since 6 weeks and our First-tri scan. Good vibes for both of us today! I couldn't sleep a wink last night - I'm pretty sure I'm functioning on less than two hours sleep. Here's hoping all goes well today and we each see our little peanut with a strong heartbeat.

I feel like I'm the only one not doing these scans. My insurance wouldn't answer me if it was covered. They said I would just have to wait for the bill. When I told my OBGYN that, she said "Yeah, that's not a bill you just want to wait and see about." I opted out of all the tests for many reasons. I am 28 and don't have any genetic disorders that run in my family (that we know of). Either way we're having the baby and I don't feel like being prepared would make any difference. Throw in false positives and then if they did find something wanting to do an invasive test, not happening. I would just be stressed, worried and paranoid. I can happily say I'm pretty stress free right now.
Just got it done Friday at 14 weeks. They said it was the Harmony but then the paper said Panorama. So not exactly sure which one it was or if it's the same thing, but now there's nothing to do but wait anyways! We asked them not to tell us the gender though- waiting for the surprise at the scan next month!
Re: NIPT, when are you getting it done?
