Baby's only organic formula with whey

has anyone tried this on their LO? They have a new formula with added whey

My husband and I have tried it with Regan, who's 18 weeks as of yesterday. She seemed fine but then again she isn't partial to any food (lol). I took a can to her pediatrician and she told me that it didn't contain enough sugar for her. She told me she knew I was concerned about too much sugar but she said Regan is just fine as far as growth and weight are concerned. I asked her what organic or non-gmo formulas she recommended and she told me Earth's Best but I'm kind of weary about them because I've done crazy amounts of reading about hexane and fungus extraction practices used to add DHA and ARA to formula. 

So for now, we're using Honest Co.'s until my own supply increases. Have you talked to your pediatrician about any suggestions they might have?

I too chose not to do earths best because of the hexane! I have talked with my pedi and she had said to do earths best but if not she said the baby's only with whey was ok. I originally had her on honest and she told me she didn't trust that company because of their sunscreen lawsuit so she didn't recommend it. Personally I think that's a little extreme and I think honest one is great. My LO just didn't do as well on it as she is on baby's only (so far). Funny how doctors opinions vary !

Yes! My baby has been on this exact brand of formula exclusively since 2 months old and does very well on it.
