Hey ladies. Have any of you or are you currently doing any work out DVDs from home right now while pregnant? If so, which ones? Also what about for after birth? Any specific DVD work outs that have given you good results before?
Check out the belle and the bump method. You can buy them online (and it's Canadian, so you'll pay peanuts with the exchange if you're in the USA). There's workouts for each trimester (including the 4th, after birth). All approved by a pelvic health physio.
I'm doing the Leslie Sansone walking videos. They're just high enough intensity to get my heart rate up, but not above the 140 bpm that my doctor has asked me to remain below. I found a few volume options at Bed Bath and Beyond for 4-7 full workouts at $10. I've also checked them out from the library.
I've been doing Tracy Anderson's Pregnancy Project. She has workouts for each month (that I find challenging!). Not sure what I'll do after the baby is here though.
