Hey, who here lifts weights? I meet one of my friends at the gym every Weds and we do mostly hiit but spot each other for some free weights sometimes. I'm wondering how much I can do now that I'm pregnant and I don't want to send any alarms off to her that I'm pregnant yet since it's so early. Has anyone looked into this and what are the guidelines?
