What are you doing to prepare for baby? Finished cleaning out our closets and dropped donated clothing/items at the Genesis Women's shelter in Dallas. So relieved to finally be done with sorting through things I haven't worn in years

@MrsAlliKat The most I've ever paid is $22 so I was very shocked when she told me the price. I mean it's only $50 to cut my hair and my hair is long - why the hell would I pay $30 for my eyebrows?????
Rant/Rave/Symptoms: My lower back and hips have been aching this week. While out shopping today, I came across a Serola Belt on clearance at Destination Maternity that should hopefully help.
What are you doing to prepare for baby? I went shopping today to Land of Nod and had so much fun!!! I bought the crib sheet I was lusting over (some fitted sheets, a crib skirt, a changing pad cover, and an awesome pink leather poof/ottoman). The room is really coming together now! I also went to Macy's and Destination Maternity and found some steals on some maternity clothes to accommodate for my growing bump including a great dress for my shower (too early? eh, it was so cute and on clearance!). GTKY: What was your first dance song at your wedding? At the end of our ceremony we "danced" back down the aisle to Michael Buble and Sharon Dapp's version of "Baby, You've Got What it Takes" which was so fun! Our first dance song was "Lucky" by Jason Mraz and Colbie Callait which had been our song for several years. It had a lot of meaning to us as we were long distance for the first 6 years of our relationship.
Rant/Rave/Symptoms: Rant: I am getting fat! Ha! I know it's my son, it's all in my belly, but I recently went from being a size 12 to a size 4, over the summer and I am horrified of gaining all my weight back, but having a healthy baby is my #1 priority and my boobs are getting bigger. I have many more rants today, but I'll save them for now Rave: I shouldn't be happy about this, especially because I just spent 6 days away from my H for work, but one of his employees can't work tonight, so he has to fill in for him and I'm thrilled to be alone tonight! I had a roommate all week and almost no alone time at all. I'm looking forward to cleaning my house, reading and eating some kettle chips! Symptoms: I don't know if this is a symptom, but my nippers are getting dry, I'm going to make some salve to put on them. Also I feel like my legs are starting to swell
What are you doing to prepare for baby? H is painting the nursery. He would be done, but ended up having to scrape and sand the ceiling. Other than that, we've bought some clothes and a few other cloth items. Been pintresting ideas

What are you doing to prepare for baby? I should be working on the nursery, but I have not done much in the past few weeks. I did find more halo sleepsacks at the consignment sale today. I even found some bigger sizes for this fall. I also bought a few sleepers for the fall (it was the consignment shop's winter sale)
