I'm 15 weeks. Twice a week I go to a spin class, barre once a week, and yoga once or twice a week. My goal is to stay in shape throughout this pregnancy.
Last pregnancy, I was SO out of shape and it was really hard at the end. I'm hoping staying in shape this time will help me get through L&D a little easier, plus have an easier recovery.
Songs, I dunno. My gym instructors play a lot of top 40, which I'm not so into.
It's leg day in the gym!! Monday was yoga, yesterday was arms and shoulders, tomorrow will be back, biceps and abs and Friday is another yoga session!
Goals: Trying to do something active everyday. I am really focused on strengthening my core muscles and legs because I have it in my mind that it will help with labor! I'm trying to get over a chest cold so hopefully next week I can add some cardio back in, but I've been too fatigued for boot camp or pilates classes.
Top Three Songs: The first three songs on my workout playlist for today are:
18w5d 5/4 days a week for at least and hour, cardio then weights. Short term is keep fit during pregnancy. Long term is continue my healthy lifestyle. Gasolina-Daddy Yankee Bad habit-the kooks In the night-the weekend
Right now I'm trying to swim laps for an hour once a week, yoga twice a week, and long (5-6 mile) walks a few times a week. I also spend all day squatting, walking around, and sitting on the floor so I'm hoping that some of the built in physicality of being a preschool teacher will help me during labor. And I'm still biking to work every day, and I intend to keep that up until I can't balance on my bike any more.
For the pregnancy I'm hoping to stay fit and active so that I am strong for labor and delivery and can recover more quickly. For the long term I'd like to keep my level of fitness high enough that going back to distance running/triathlons after the baby is born won't be as difficult.
I'm an audiobook listener when I exercise, which is a great motivator for long distance events. Right now I'm listening to Outlander book 7 and I only let myself listen to it when I'm exercising. Keeps me honest.
UGH this thread didn't come at a better time. I am currently debating on whether or not I should work out right now. I guess I should get off the bump and my butt and do something
What's your exercise routine for the day/week? I've been trying to do elliptical + weights 3x/week. I do 30min of elliptical, and then about 30min of weights/stretching. I've made it two days this week already, woohoo! (last week = 0 times )
What are your workout goals? Short term/longterm? just trying to get my butt moving...
Top Three Workout Songs:
1) Sorry - Justin Beiber
2) Freedom - Pharrell
3) Same Old Love - Selena Gomez

What's your exercise routine for the day/week? 2 short runs, 1 long run per week, riding horse 4/5 days a week, one forty min yoga day, one thirty min strength day

Top Three Workout Songs: I don't go to gym, I run and ride outside where headphones would be dangerous, so I don't listen to any.

What's your exercise routine for the day/week? I just got back to working out. Prior to getting pregnant, I was in a good routine of running outside several times a week...until MS hit I have an ellipitical in my basement that I use several times a week right now. I usually work out in the evening after DD goes to bed.
What are your workout goals? Short term/longterm? My top reason is stress relief! Also, I just want to maintain some type of exercise since I would frequently run before. When the weather gets nicer I want to walk more outside, we have a beautiful lake that I can walk to from my house that has a paved path around it that is a popular workout spot in our town.
Top Three Workout Songs: I usually alternate between the 90's Alternative and 90's Dance on Pandora Radio.
What's your exercise routine for the day/week? 100 squats a day, once a week yoga, once a week zumba, once a week 20 minutes cardio machine + 20 minutes strength
What are your workout goals? Short term/longterm? Short term- work out my 3 times a week even if they're mild or phoned in, just move. Long term- avoid diabetes, don't die of heart disease, stay within healthy BMI range entire life.
Top Three Workout Songs: I Like Big Butts (Sir Mix-A-Lot), LOW (Flo-Rida), and Shake Señora (Pitbull)... Can you tell butts are my thing? Haha I assume all of these butts are shapely because of squatting and exercise!
I have been aiming for 3-4 days a week of Piyo, yoga, walking and free weights.
Short term goals are just to maintain a healthy weight and muscle tone throughout pregnancy. Long term, get back to pre baby 1 weight which I'm hoping I can do!!
I don't listen to anything in particular. What ever is played during the class. When I walk I do so with a friend so we chat.
How many weeks are you? 17 1/2 weeks (Third time mom)
What's your exercise routine for the day/week? running 4 days a week (3 short runs and a long run on the weekend)
What are your workout goals? Short term/longterm? "training" for a half marathon at 30 weeks, so just trying to keep comfortable for that long of a distance. I put "training" in quotes because there really isn't any training at this point other than covering the distance. There is no speedwork or hill work and no strict training plan, just doing what I think my body can handle.
Top Three Workout Songs: I don't listen to music. I either watch Netflix on the ipad on the treadmill or if outside, I listen to podcasts.

What's your exercise routine for the day/week? Walking I'm a slacker this week but ms is back and I'm struggling with awful headaches I feel like a failure slacker combo.
What are your workout goals? Short term/longterm? Short term: get my ish together and my booty in gear! Long term: be healthy for me and baby and get a rocking bod!
Top Three Workout Songs: work bitch: Brittany spears, pound the alarm: Nicki Minaj and sweetest devotion: Adele for cool down
This makes me feel pathetic!! You guys are doing more then I did pre pregnancy! Major props, keep it up!
Ill take a whack at it anyway
17 weeks Exercise routine: 2 times a week I do the Victoria secret workout on YouTube (the first one that pops up). Also, random squats before and after shower.
Work out goals: Squats and more squats (and some cardio). One thing I ignored in my first two pregnancies and afterwards had a somewhat saggy booty, so not happening again!
Dont have any workout songs, but this thread is inspiring, I might go look some up!
3x a week ..mon is boot camp and spin. Tues is boot camp and walk on treadmill and Thursday is strength training and spinning Used to do 4 to 5x a week pre pregnancy but weekends have been crazy so 3 it is for now and am hoping to add in some prenatal yoga next month!
To remain as fit as possible during pregnancy since I was already working out before. Long term. .maintain a healthy lifestyle (esp bc my eating isn't always great!l
Hi! I'll be 18 weeks tomorrow! This week my goal is to work out 5 days. I did 45 minutes of cardio/elliptical and walking on Tues., Wed. and today. I plan to do my upper body and cardio tomorrow, lower body on Saturday. My goal during this pregnancy is to continue working out consistently as I did pre pregnancy and to tone up my booty, legs and arms. During my last pregnancy I only did cardio, and that was fine but I would like to tone up a little if I can . I listen to whatever is playing at the gym.
Oh also, I insist on a daily walk after dinner. DH & I take the dog out and walk, at least 5 min, but usually 25-30 min. It helps, even if I haven't done anything else that day. Yay for my FitBit encouraging me to get some steps!

Currently I'm addicited to Soul Cycle, which is a high intensity spin class that I've been doing 3x a week. On the weekends, we usually do a 4 mile hike one of the days. In a few weeks I plan on incorporating some prenatal yoga.
Short term goals: maintain a healthy weight and to not gain more than the 25-35 lbs (hoping to stick closer to 25). Long term goals: set myself up to be able to lose the baby weight as quickly/safely as possible!
I walk a lot because I am chasing around a 2 year-old, a German Shepard/lab and in a step challenge with friends. Plus I try to go to Zumba once a week.
I am walking/jogging a 5K in April. Plus I want to be healthy in order to recover quicker after my c-section.
I usually listen to Glee on Pandora. I wasn't crazy about the show, but I love their voices and many of their covers!
