Baby kicking and moving

I can't wait to feel baby move! Has anyone felt this in week 18? What does it feel like? How will I know? I feel some pinches from inside my tummy this evening.. Could that be it?

There's a thread - "Strong Baby" that has a lot of these answers. I wouldn't really say it feels like pinches- more like a nudge/twitch. It's totally possible by week 18.

I'm 16w 5d, and I've been able to feel the baby for about a week and a half, but I'm a STM so I don't know if that makes a difference. I couldn't feel DD this early on. This time around, it does feel like muscle twitches, last pregnancy it was more of flutters.

I figured out that's what it was the first time around when I felt what I thought were gas bubbles but didn't actually have any gas. There will come a point where you'll realize the muscle spasms aren't spasms, but baby.
