Can stomach issues pass through breastmilk?

Random question. DH and I have had some stomach issues today, I'm thinking it is from something we ate yesterday. Can this pass through my breastmilk to LO? He seems fine so far

    I wouldn't think so. If anything I would think breastmilk would help protect your Lo, even if it was some kind of stomach flu. I had a stomach bug last week and continued breastfeeding through it even though I was vomiting alot and my daughter didn't get it luckily

    I don't think so, like previous post your body   Create anti-bodies so it can be passed through your breast milk to your little one.  I hope you and your  husband feel better!
