Hey Ladies,
As we all know we experience a lot of ups and down during our IVF cycles (and even before). I am currently a distributor for Young Living and have been doing more research on certain oils that can help me during this difficult time. I will be starting my IVF journey in March and so far I have ordered Peach & Calming and already have Lavender and Stress Away. I am defiantly looking to order more in the next couple weeks.
I wanted to see what other oils women are using to help them through their IVF and fertility journey. Or maybe you aren't familiar with essential oils and their healing properties and would like to learn more on which ones are beneficial and how to use them. I would like to hear which oils women are using, how and when in their cycle? They don't just have to be Young Living but any brand of oils. Of course I would be happy to talk about Young Living, but here is not the time nor place. Hopefully we can learn other ways to offer support to ourselves and bodies during this difficult time.
Re: Essential Oils to help with IVF Journey
At at work I used QI Stress Relief Serum from rituals a co-worker gave it to me. Definitely not use this before bedtime as it wakes me up again
