well.. Today I'm at the hospital with DH and MIL for FILs back surgery. Then I work 12 hour midnights Saturday night then a work baby shower on Sunday with one of the million people at work who are pregnant. Busy, busy!

R/R/CS: chart stalk please! It was my first month using OPKs and I never turned a positive. I had my progesterone checked on day 20 and the doctor said she would call Wednesday or Thursday to let me know the results... But she hasn't. Does it look like ovulated on day 19?

Day 19 was definitely the darkest the line on the OPK has been. I've tested everyday for a while and the line is almost nonexistent now.
I'm just hesitate to say I ovulated then since last month was a 55 day cycle and I've never ovulated before day 24. But I hope I did! Thanks for responding

Testing:I tested this morning after my temp went back up. I got a squinter on a Walmart test which I have never gotten before. I also did a early response Walmart brand test but it's blue dye so I don't trust the line at all. I will test again in the morning.
R/R/CS:DH and I are out of town until Sunday and I only brought one more Walmart test with me. I may sneak out and get a digital if tomorrow's test also has a line. My stomach is in knots.

If you did ovulate on cd19, your day 21 progesterone may be a bit off. I'm not a doctor, but from what I understand, it is meant to be drawn 7 days after you ovulate, or in the middle of your luteal phase. Regardless, I think the results will be able to tell your doc if you actually did ovulate, but you might want to just make sure they know your O date so they can factor that in. You may want to go back on your actual 7dpo for another draw.
I did this last cycle and my day 21 (I luckily happened to O on cd14) fell on the Sunday before the holiday, so I wasn't able to get blood drawn until day 23 and she was worried the result might be unreliable. It was fine, but it lead me to read up on it so I didn't freak out if the number was wonky.

R/R/CS: FF moved my crosshairs from Sunday to Monday, so now I'm even more annoyed with the fact that DH couldn't get into it Sunday. Our timing is just okay, but it's nearly identical to the past three months' timing. I was hoping to BD EOD and the three days leading up to O but it looks like EOD it is. I may or may not have been spending an inordinate amount of time staring at my chart since then.

Testing: I tested yesterday before having a beer and got a not-so-faint positive on a Wondfo, but I didn't trust it so I tested again with an FRER and got another positive.
R/R/CS: I was feeling very hopeful, but this morning I had some bleeding. It seems to have stopped now, but I'm worried I'm on my way to a chemical. I keep trying to tell myself that I didn't bleed at all during the last pregnancy and look how well that turned out, but it's not working. I'm worried. I've only posted a few times, but I've been lurking for awhile and for some reason you ladies were the only ones I wanted to tell about it (other than my husband). I'm just going to test again tomorrow morning (who am I kidding? I'm totally going to test as soon as I get home from work).

R/R/CS: I got a legit BBT thermometer that I started using at the beginning of this cycle. I am temping as soon as I get up in the morning on the right amount of sleep, no sickness and haven't been drinking at all to effect the temps, etc. This month, my temps (especially my post O temps) are not very high at all and much lower than last month. Could it be a difference in thermometers or is it more likely due to hormonal difference between last month and this month?

I do get on here at work sometimes, so maybe it was a warning that I should stop that (as I type this at work).

Update on me, I started spotting, so tomorrow will most likely be CD1 and it will be on to month 8. My LP is normally 12 days, and today I'm only 10DPO according to FF, but 11DPO according to me. Hopefully I'm right so that my LP is still relatively consistent. Any thoughts?

ETA: If I discard my open circle temp from CD16, it moves my CHs to CD16 which is what I think is right anyway. I slept horribly and temped over an hour early, but I don't know that it's really enough to discard a temp just to make my chart do what I want.

@DecemberDoll27 If your darkest was Sunday and you don't have delayed O after surging I would say CD16 (you can O up to 4 days after a +OPK). Some people only get dark lines and never a true positive. There's also what's called a fallback rise that this might be. FF saying CD18 because of your 3 temps above 6 higher and your fertile CM. If you put in a +OPK for CD16 do your CH change?

Testing: I will probably break down and test soon even though I know I shouldn't.
R/R/CS: DH has been on a new treatment (clomid) to boost his natural testosterone levels since the supplement he was taking before was causing low sperm count (he has low T which is genetic). It's working, but slowly, and he has been having some side effects of low T which was making it difficult for us to BD during my FW. I'm hoping O day was all we needed but it probably wasn't. Temp is still up though... but I took my temp 45 minutes earlier this morning than usual because I woke up early. So who knows.
GKTY: TGIF! What are your plans for the weekend? Girls night as a late birthday celebration tonight, breakfast with friends tomorrow morning, dinner with more friends tomorrow night, and dinner with more friends on Sunday night. I promise my husband and I usually aren't this social.

R/R/CS: just waiting for AF to come now. My LP has always been 11 or 12 days, so I was expecting AF to arrive yesterday. Right now I just have the faintest spotting.
Question: does anyone know/have a hypothesis about why my temps could have been triphasic+much more severe symptoms+longer LP? I suspect it is due to an increase in progesterone, but how does that come about? Is it just a "you're regular until you're not" type situation? I know this is kind of a silly question
