when should I do a test so it is accurate

Scared to think i might be pregnant again so quickly but When should I think about doing a test for it to be accurate? I had sex on 5th, 21,25december and 22January . I know u usually wait till once ur period is late but my problem is i have a 11week old baby via emergency cesarean and i have not had a period yet but I was bleeding until 6th January with only few days of when the bleeding stopped (the days I had sex).
On 6th January I was admitted hospital with pains(turns out I have gallstones and awaiting surgery to remove gallbladder) they done a pregnancy test then which came back negative .
I am still worried that i could be pregnant
When would be the best time for me to think about doing a pregnancy test

I think the suggestion is to test once a week with first morning urine until you get your period or it is positive. Are you breastfeeding at all?

Am not breastfeeding as I was only able to produce milk for first 6 days

WHY are you not on birth control???????? Take a test. If it's negative, wait a week and test again.

We are using condoms but I can't take any other birth control as all hormone ones are affected by my medication and with the coil I took complications that it had to come out straight away

I'm shocked you are even thinking about sex with all these crazy complications but I'm also not sure why you think you're pregnant right now. All you can do is wait and see in time.
