Grunting

My LO has just started grunting when eating solids. Does any one else have an LO that does this? She still opens her mouth to eat but the whole time is grunting. I'm wondering why she's doing this now...I've googled and some people say trying to poop or teething. She's not constipated though, maybe teeth?? No idea. She doesn't have any teeth yet.

My son does this when he wants to poop but we began solids last week and realized he has been grunting but not because he wants to poop but because he wants more food, or when he sees us eating or aren't paying attention to him. His gums are also really swollen and has no teeth yet do it could also be teething

My daughter grunts all the time... i find it funny so does she. When she eats she makes the ' mmm-mmm' sound and smiles.

My son grunys all the time and mimics me if i do it lol no teeth yet

My baby also says mmmm-mmmm when he eats. He grunts a lot when he is frustrated like he cant reach a toy or get his paci back in his mouth the right way.
