A lot of pressure

I just started my third trimester today. Yesterday I had a few contractions that were moderate I woke up this am with a ton of rectal and vaginal pressure and a small amount of blood. I do believe I've lost my mucus plug once but should I be concerned?

I'd say any time there's blood, I'd call your doctor just to be on the safe side.

Blood that early (assuming you didn't just have a cervix check) is concerning, definitely talk to your medical provider! Better safe than sorry.
