Low HCG levels

I had my first prenatal visit when I was 7 weeks 2 days. My doctor said the heart rate wasn't as fast as it should be and will be monitored. My blood work came back as my pregnancy hormones are rising slowly. I have slight cramping throughout the day, back pain and sore boobs. No morning sickness. Should I be worried?

Cramping, back pain, and sore boobs are all common symptoms of pregnancy. Those would definitely not worry me.
