Only half of my boob produces?

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with milk not coming into a breast completely? Its like the upper portion above my nipple won't produce and I look ridiculous when I am engorged. I believe it is also causing me to produce half the amount my other one produces. I'm 4 weeks postpartum and exclusively pump. I'm a STM and had no problems with baby #1.

Any tips or tricks to jump start my production there? I do plan on calling an LC but wondered if anyone else had this problem.

You should definitely talk to the doctor about it. At first I just thought you meant one boob produces more than the other.  I've never heard of what you described. Is it painful at all? You could try massage, warm shower, and nursing at different angles if it is a clogged duct. Increasing the frequency you nurse at could boost supply. Or you could add a pump session. If it doesn't hurt I wouldn't worry about it but I does sound like something is a little off.
