Hi, The computer wouldn't let me post my whole text last time. More information is: I will not be able to have an ultrasound for another 3 weeks or so. Until then, this pregnancy won't seem completely real. I am really excited about this pregnancy and looking forward to adding another child to my family. I have two daughters already, so maybe a boy this time? I am in the "mothers of advanced age" category even though I don't feel like it. Please no negative comments regarding my age. I'm sure I'll get enough of that from my step-mom.

I was waiting to post here because I had a sneaky feeling I was further along than my LMP suggested. Turns out, I was right! Baby is measuring eight weeks today instead of 7w/1d. EDD is now October 18th!

Late to the party, but I finally had my first appointment and got an official EDD of 10/21! It's really more like 10/18, because sperm isn't supposed to survive for 7 days, but the 21st sounds good!
