Progesterone side effects. When/how do they start for you?

So I know that every cycle is different. But this month it took around 6 days for the side effects from my progesterone to get really bad. I'm 8dpo and I have gotten the worst headaches and nausea over the past 2 days. Rooms spinning, head pounding, and bed ridden kind of ill. I've been manifesting newer symptoms every couple days. Does anyone else experience this?

I'm sorry your headaches are so bad. I've never experienced the room spinning. Have you spoken to your RE about this?

I usually get headaches about 4 days after starting progesterone. I am 1dpiui so by the end of the week I know I'll have a pounding headache. My headaches are always associated with extreme fatigue. It just sucks!

Are you on PIO or suppositories?  I do the suppositories and never have any side effects.

I've taken prometrium  orally, as a supository and I've tried crinone as well. And the room spinning is the nausea I think @PCOSbaby. I get weird stuff like sensitivity to smell! And TMI... My nipples start peeling like I'm pregnant.

For me this past FET I was about 13 days into PIO when I got the worst nausea ever. Like I couldn't sleep it was so bad. It only lasted about 2 days, then went away. Of course, I stopped taking it 16 days after I started. That was really the only reaction I had.
