I'm here. Cursing Netflix and Hulu for not having the Alan Rickman movie I want to clean my house to, and Amazon for only having it with an extra paid subscription on top of my Prime. Really, Amazon? You suck. That should probs be my BFM. All my subscriptions suck lately.
As DD would say "hay-woah" (hello) I'm in and out throughout the day if DD decides to be extra independent but do most of my reading during nap from 12:30 to 3 or 4
I'm here! I'm taking full advantage of my kid free day though. I already helped with nursery painting, cleaned the downstairs and got stuff pulled out for dinner. Now I'm knitting and watching Netflix
Howdy ladies. I browse more than actively post but post when I've experience of something or feel my contribution could help, so...here every so often.
I'm always quietly creeping in the background, waiting for a chance to be snarky.
What's good? Well, I'm sorry to inform you that my husband is the greatest man alive so y'all got stuck with second-best (this realization came after he spent 5 hours last night helping me with my algebra homework without getting frustrated with me, and he's continuing to help today until he goes to work)
Also, I really hope baby gets daddy's math skills, not mine. This guy is incredible.

That's how I passed Physics in college. I like math (weird, ik) but then took algebra based physics instead of calculus based, which is actually way less logical. DH basically re-taught me everything using calc so I could understand what the heck the prof was talking about and then translated it back into algebra for easy math. My hero
Here. DD has suddenly started getting very annoyed at us when we're on our phones or computers instead of interacting with her. And who can blame her? I'm actually proud of her that if we're absorbed in our phones she'll say our names a couple times then lean her face in front of whatever screen were on...good job, girl, pointing out we use our devices too much!!
I'm here, just not as much as I would like to be for a few weeks. I am busy hating my career choice lol, funny that always happens the first few weeks of January (I'm a corporate accountant, yearend close is sucking my life away right now, sigh).
Me & DH - 2009
Gone but not forgotten: Identical twin boys born at 23 weeks - 2004
Present! Ha ha - just got back from doing my GTT actually. I was saving my BFM til the test was done because I was sure I would need it... but nope! Other than some heartburn halfway though (only the 1 hour) I thought it was pretty easy! I asked the ladies at the lab if they had Lime - they didn't unfortunately but said they would look into it! Ha ha ha

LOL, we are the opposite... I had to tutor DH in college in differential equations per his mom ha-ha
Hello! Seem to lurk more lately. Tired and feeling overwhelmed but cant sleep. Im having a hard time finding a changing table small enough ro fit and match our "expresso" color crib - thanks DH for picking the most expensive and limited color!

Why don't you try and find a small dresser instead?

Also here, holla! Freaking cold out today in MA!
Haha - DH used to "dictate" his lab reports to me because he struggles to get his words on paper, but took a book on String Theory as his "beach read" for our honeymoon. He's pretty much 100% left brained/type A/logic.
Not able to lurk as much on the job now that I have a grad student interning with me for the next 3 months. However, it's like a present to hop into bed, kick up my feet, and see what my Bump girlfriends have been up to at the end of the day.
Also, I've already driven 200 miles for work today. Wooooof.
@elasticheart13 I'm sick of you being sick. I want you to stop feeling shitty because you deserve to feel good!
I was feeling perfectly fine yesterday apart from the heartburn, but today my body is giving up completely. So now I snuggled in bed with DH so we can play Assassins Creed together and eat chocolate.
And just got a text from my husband saying that he submitted his first offer on a house as a real estate agent...which means his first pay check in 2 months once it closes (so hopefully in 6 weeks, which makes it more like the first paycheck in 3 months at that point. But who cares? MONEY!)

DD2: 4.11.12
It's a boy! Grow baby, grow! EDD: 4/22/2016
Decided today is the day to go cold turkey on all caffeine.
I hate my life.

A museum did a free day in honor of mlk, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't packed.
Still laying in bed- trying to muster up energy to clean. Yay for 3 day weekends!
