Congrats @AmMcc12!! Fx for a very sticky bean. Try to remain positive. I know how hard it is. I've been there. Hopefully your BMB will have as supportive a PGAL group as July 16 did for me the short time I was there. Highly recommend starting a weekly check-in thread if one isn't started. It helped me a lot connecting with others in the same position.
R/R/CS: Well I have a possibly silly question. I have a party (that I actually initiated a month ago) for a friend on Friday. It is at a winery so obviously there will be drinking involved. I also have a friend who wants to get together and have a few cocktails this week, and possibly another friend on the weekend. I wasn't planning on testing like crazy, but do you guys typically test any day in your TWW that you might be drinking? I mean 5DPO I could understand not testing obviously, but like from 8DPO on maybe? I'm usually not this popular so I wouldn't have this problem!
GTKY: What is your favorite way to relax? Wine... all the wine.
Congratulations @ajn092@Tippy05 & @AmMcc12 !!!! So happy for all of you! I wish you all a happy and healthy 9 months and I'm keeping FX for sticky babies!!!
Month/cycle: 2/2 after break CD/ DPO: 20/7 Timing: -3, -2, -1 Testing: waiting till AF hopefully R/r/CS: nothing really. I'm symptom spotting like crazy, but I'm pretty good at realizing I'm crazy. GTKY: I like to soak in the bathtub till I'm prunie
Me:27 DH: 28 Married May 2012 TTC#1 July 2013 - July 2015 (no success) Again TTC#1: Dec 2015 First RE visit: Feb 2016 BFP: 9/16/16 EDD:5/26/17
R/R/CS: I am trying so hard to remind myself that 10 DPO is still early. It's not working. But I had a job interview this morning and I killed it! Go me!
GTKY: What is your favorite way to relax? Naps and baths. And Alcohol.
Testing Plans: Probably 1/27. I had planned on waiting until I actually missed AF, but that is the day FF recommends, and I am getting together with friends that night and I know there will be lots of wine around.
R/R/CS: I decided to go with CD 14 as my O date, and we'll see what happens. It just looks right when I do the chart overlay and compare to previous cycles. Today was my last day temping for the TWW. Last cycle just led to way too much anxiety and sleep deprivation and googling shameful things and staring at my chart willing it to tell me something new and all the symptom spotting. Focusing on taking good care of myself physically and psychologically. So far it's going well!
GTKY: What is your favorite way to relax? I love this question, since I have been working really hard on keeping my stress/anxiety level down this cycle. Things that work for me are ... meditation, yoga, essential oils, hot tea, snuggling my fur babies, coloring in my secret garden adult coloring book, reading, watching my favorite comedies, walking outside (when it's not way too cold), and of course the occasional glass of wine!
Testing Plans: Saturday if AF doesn't show up as "scheduled" on Friday
R/R/CS: I may or may not have cried at work today over something that's pretty routine. I actually had to apologize to people for being a crazy person. Not that it means anything because PMS makes me a tear factory, and the same thing happened last cycle a few days before AF. So whatevs.
Also, is it crazy that seeing @AmMcc12's timing gives me hope because I potentially have the same timing? I know that it has no bearing on me but it makes me a little happy inside.
GTKY: I've been LOVING my adult coloring book lately!! It puts me in such a calm place. I was sad when I gave one to my BFF at Christmas and she totally didn't get it -- I was super tempted to just take it back, lol. Other than that, working out actually relieves stress for me and is my go-to. A good weight room session makes me the zen master
@kay6519 my husband spent all summer perfecting his recipe for hot sauce from the hundreds and hundreds of peppers he grew. It's really an art, and it's a lot of hard work, but it can be worth it! You have to be able to air out the kitchen really well, so maybe he should save his next attempt for summer
@ejmo68 I'm sorry you feel discouraged, but you know you're not out until you're out! FX for you.
@minipig90 not sure if I said welcome yet, but it's nice to see a fresh new face!
@lilylover27 my dog didn't like the beeping either, but she's gotten used to it! I hope your dogs settle in, too.
@megzb510 So sorry for the BFN. Maybe we'll both have a better day tomorrow?
@nys27 it's a good time to not have that BBT - you don't really "need" these temps, anyway. I've considered not temping during AF but I kind of like having the data. Hope you enjoy your break and your trip!
@emilyIRL That might be O, might not. Most of us wait for CH on our charts before we move, but do whatever you feel comfortable with. No one's going to get mad if you have to move back to WTO - it's happened to me twice because of "losing" CH due to lower temps later in the cycle. But it might be easier to stick with WTO until you're reasonably sure, since one high temp doesn't mean much on its own.
@xstatic3333 haha I remember that first exciting HPT purchase. Now they're kind of an annoying waste of money, haha.
@SnoBunnieMel you can mess up your BBT thermometer by temping twice in a row. Also, moving around even a little (like to turn on a light to look at your thermometer, etc.) can make your temp jump a lot. Just go with the first temp you get!
@Thea519 that's so scary. I hope everything shakes out okay.
@DumbledoresArmy what makes you feel like you're out? Is it just that "feeling"? I've felt like it wasn't our month all cycle, so I totally understand.
@QueenDaenerysT if it were me, I would test on those days. Just for peace of mind.
:::slinks back in here after already saying goodbye for the cycle, see rrcs:::
Month/Cycle: 10
CD/DPO: 29/12
Timing: EOD
Testing Plans: Maybe tomorrow if no more spotting/AF by morning. I'm not actually hopeful for this, but might just do it to get the idea out of my head.
R/R/CS: So I had already called it CD1 on Saturday, because I had light spotting, which is without fail the start of AF for me. Always by the night of, it's full blown AF. But the spotting didn't get heavier, and yesterday I had no spotting at all. Today: no spotting, but AF cramping. So I'm sure she is coming, but I'll hang out here for a bit because I'm not WTO I guess.
GTKY: What is your favorite way to relax? A glass of wine and a lavender salt bath. DH loves doing the same thing sometimes, and tells me not to tell anyone. Haha, but Bump doesn't count.

Before we started ttc I asked him if he wanted me to just let him know if I was pregnant or if he wanted to be there for the testing and he said he wanted to be there so I'll wait for a day we can process things together.
R/R/CS: I'm still waiting for two more temps to confirm ovulation. Had a positive digital opk on cd 11 with corresponding ewcm. Cd 12 was a dip in temp and watery cm with generalized abdominal cramps. I really believe I did ovulate, but I've been on birth control for 7 years so what do I know!
GTKY: What is your favorite way to relax?
DH and I like to watch our favorite shows together. Ugh, I wish I had something cooler to say I do like yoga or something!
@RN91 Just so you know, most people wait to move to the TWW until they have the three temps to confirm ovulation. We aren't going to shun you for coming over here already and it's up to you when you want to make the switch, but I thought I would let you know the norm. A few cycles ago I had everything line up (CM, CP, and a temp spike) and then my temp went back down the next day and I didn't ovulate until a few days later.
