Pushing while sleeping

My 4 month old has been pushing or straining like he's pooping... In his sleep. He's been sick with congestion & cough for he past 3 days & that is when this pushing has started. Not sure if it's just coincidence, I know newborns do this in their sleep but my little one? Anyone else?

My 15 week old does this a lot. Usually it's gas. In fact he did it last night, he was shifting around and grunting and then we heard him pass gas and he just fell back asleep.
