How much water are you drinking each day? I thought I heard I should have at least 60oz but having such a hard time drinking that much. Anyone else? I'm not thirsty throughout the day and I am probably drinking closer to 40oz.
I've always been a big water drinker, at least 96oz. idk I just love water. lol However, it has gone down a bit due to the nausea, but I still get in at least 64oz a day. Edited to add: If you are drinking any juices or eating juicy fruits that adds to you "water intake" as well.

I have a 32oz water bottle that I fill up in the morning and try to drink before lunch, and then I fill it up again after lunch for the afternoon. I also drink peppermint tea so 2 glasses of that is 32oz. Like PP said, it doesn't need to be water - any fluid counts towards it. Water is just generally the healthiest option because there are no calories.
I used to drink about 120oz of water a day...but from weeks 4-7 just the thought of water made me gag, I could only drink juices...but that's all gone away now and I'm back to drinking water! but I've cut down my intake to 80 oz a day lol
I used to drink a ton of water. Right now I cannot stomach it at all and nothing satisfies my thirst quite the same way. I've been drinking a lot of tea because for some reason it sits better. I try to drink at least two bottles of water a day. Lemon juice helps it stay down

My OB told me you should drink 2 liters of water a day when not pregnant, and 4 liters when you are pregnant. I can do 2 liters really well as I did that pre pregnancy. But I'm really struggling to drink more than that due to nausea and too many trips to the bathroom.
I have been the absolute worst when it comes to this. I drink about two 16oz water bottles. I also drink about one Gatorade a day because that seems to help with m/s. I guess I need to step it up!
I've been told to drink your weight divided by 2. Which can be a lot. Keep in mind, too, that other liquids count. If you're dribbling juice, tea, etc., it's good.
Yes what was said above. The rule of thumb is half your body weight in ounces. I strive for that daily and notice when I don't hit it I feel sluggish. So someone that is weighs 150 lbs should be trying to drink 75 ounces or more in a day.
Yeah the formula now is half your body weight in ounces, but even more than that if you exercise or you're pregnant. So I usually aim for at least 100 ounces to account for everything. Just always have a water bottle next to you and constantly sip on it. Set a reminder to pop up on your phone or email every 20-30 minutes or so if you can't remember.
I'm really bad about not drinking water. It makes me so nauseated! I never could drink water with my food before I was pregnant because it grossed me out. I've been drinking Sierra Mist bc it's caffeine free and the only think I can tolerate. I haven't found a flavored water I like either.
I've been SO sick, and water is making me nauseated (why??), but I've been doing well with unsweetened tea and ice cubes and forcing the water down in between. Even though water makes me sick, ice cubes have been #1 at combatting nausea - so weird!

Water=vomit and or hours long nausea. So u sweetened tea, Capri sun strawberry Banana flavored (dont judge me it's a major craving ) lol or a glass of chocolate milk then tiny sips of water in between all day long....adding lemon or flavoring makes it even worse .this too shall pass.....
Before i found out i was pregnant, i was dieting and drinking about 96 oz of water a day, but now, i find it hard to drink much at all as i will feel so bloated. I limit myself to 1 cup of coffee i the morning as suggested and throughtout the rest of the day, i have a more difficult time drinking.. unless its on a cup or water bottle with a straw. Weird i know. I have developed a bad gag reflex and texture issues with this pregnancy.. its my 3rd.. an it was not planned as i had an iud an was on adipex.
I'm really struggling with getting the water that I need. As other posters have said, all-day nausea makes it really hard to drink anything, and water seems to be the worst. I've also developed this weird sweet/metallic taste in my mouth (got it the last time around too) which makes most sweet drinks taste horrible to me. The absolute only drink that sounds good to me is a Diet Coke - which I know I'm not supposed to have and won't help with hydrating. I'll just keep trying to choke down the water. Hoping that this nausea doesn't last the whole pregnancy (like last time).

And I'm not doing so great on that, either.

With my first ...I drank lemonade and gaterade or just chewed ice chips. It helped a lot!
