placenta lakes need advice plz

Had my ob appt today she said the spotted placenta lakes in my placenta witch means there's spots where it's thicker. Of course I look online to research and it also says it means pockets of blood anyone have this or had it? I'm freaking out I'm not high risk or anything. But what causes this, what can happen? Any abnormalities, someone plz give me advice

No advice or experience but I hope everything is okay.  I've heard of placental lakes on here before though.
