Soo I thought I would share to give you all a positive outlook on your body post labor ... I think I like my post partum bod better than my body pre pregnancy ! I used to be thin , firm and gangly lolll (I'm like 5 ft 10) but now I have junk in all the right places lolll. My booty and boobs are fuller , my tummy is much softer but I feel way more feminine than I ever have . One tip I would suggest .. Breast feed for atleast the first week or so. I think it really helped my uterus and tummy shrink down. You can literally feel it contracting during BF , it's a little uncomfortable but I think it really helps recovery time

I just thought I would share a postive view on body image Post labor.
I hope you all have a quick and healthy recovery
Re: Postpartum bod
But my perfect little boy was totally worth it!
I am also breastfeeding again. I believe it makes a huge difference.
Being thinner, bigger, curvier, or having stretch marks does not make you who you are or a better or worse woman and mother.
Sure I'd love to have my tiny waist back, but if I dont, it won't make me regret my son.
