So we all know that everything hurts right now. It hurts to sleep in any position. Naps? What the hell are naps?
Today I finally hit a breaking point with not being able to lay on my stomach, so I did something about it. I bought a 3 dollar inner tube float from Target. Blew it up, threw it on my bed, stuck my belly in the hole and napped! Best part - no pain. Got up with no achy hips and my back felt great.
I feel like I just won at pregnancy.

Nope, this is the biggest bump I've ever had (measuring 42wks.) I'm not sure how I can still sleep that way, it just works? I have one knee bent out to the side, and maybe my huge boobs help hold me up? Otherwise I'm calling it luck.

When DS was born, I woke up the next morning feeling like I'd had the best sleep I'd had in years, which was weird given that I was in the hospital, had just given birth, etc. DS was in the NICU so I was not up all night with him- but I only slept 6 hours so it seemed weird. Then I realized it was because I had FINALLY slept on my stomach again lol.
