Hello, I'm new on this board. I am just wondering if anyone has advice, tips, or can just offer some encouragement. Since getting my period 8 months pp my cycle has been irregular. I stopped breastfeeding at 19 months pp and it seems to be a little more "normal" but it is hard to track ovulation. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

    I am on mobile and don't see tickers, but how old is your first @mkmae? I breastfed my two, and while my cycles returned, they didn't become more normal until a couple of cycles after I had stopped nursing completely. I had to rely a lot on multiple signs (CM, OPKs, and charting) to figure out when I was ovulating until my cycle became more regular.
