I didn't do any but my mom did the week she was with us. We are for about a month without having to go out at all. We also ate some of the food while she was still there because SOMEONE decided to arrive late...
  • I don't understand the point. It takes hardly any time to make dinner fresh but DH and I mostly eat meat and veggies every night. So I throw the veggies in a pot or steamer and season the meat and put it in the over or on a skillet. 15 minutes later, dinner is ready and doesn't taste freezer-burned lol. I do wish he would eat casseroles and sauces and stuff sometimes so I could make guilty pleasures, but I am glad he's a health nut.
  • We still have one or two left, but haven't eaten them as much recently. They were so handy to have. I'm thinking about doing another round here soon.

Ugh my BF hates casseroles and sauces drives me insane. My mom is like the casserole master and I love trying to recreate her meals. I'm hoping with baby around he starts to see how simple and economical they can be.
