I'd like to see the different answers between women who did go walking, yoga and others and the ones who didn't? I'm currently 37 weeks and feel like it's too late but, keep trying here and there because I here it helps with delivery and this is my first pregnancy, it has been difficult enough due to a 3 story house and easy to lose breath and back hurts easily as well.
