We just had our 20 week anatomy U/S and were referred to a high risk maternal fetal medicine Dr because of Fetal Pyelectasis. Has anyone had experience with this?
Reading online (the worst thing to do) has us thinking it is a sign of downs.
Gender is most likely boy but legs were crossed so still waiting to see about that.
Any info helps for new (nervous) parents! Thank you!
Re: Fetal Pyelectasis- down syndrome risk?
Also, 96% of cases resolve on their own before birth.
