App?

Any pumping mamas out there have an app they use to track pumping sessions and output? I'm returning to work on Monday and will essentially convert to an exclusive pumper. I'd like to wean off of some supplements I'm taking and track how many ounces I pump to see if losing the supplements actually affects my supply. Thanks in advance!

Re: App?

  • I use the Baby Nursing app (it's a free one, I think) - I haven't used it for pumping as I'm a SAHM, but I love how it works for nursing, diapers and sleep. It tracks how long, how much, average, etc. for each entry.
  • Loading the player...
  • I use babyloggy  -- I got this for when baby was just brought home to keep track of everything, sleep to see a pattern, nursing (sides), etc. it times my pumping and I can put in what each tata produced and keeps track so I know whether I froze it etc so I know how much is in my stash at all times.

  • I use the myMedela app to track pumping. I mostly use it to time my pump sessions but you can also track volume (combined and individual breasts). It also has breastfeeding and bottle feeding tracking (and diaper changes I think).
  • I use the sprout app- it also tracks growth, feedings and you can use to track memories. On the main page it has daily updates and what baby should be doing that month. I used it for my first and loved it!
