R/R/CS: I thought I was heading over to WTO Sunday night because of some barely there brown spotting. I assumed it would pick up into a full flow yesterday, but it didn't. It completely stopped. Temp is still above the coverline, but not as high as before. My last "normal" LP was 12 days, so I'm kinda confused right now. Not getting my hopes up though.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: I really like egg sandwiches and smoothies, although I usually never have it in me to actually make them on a weekday morning.
R/R/CS: I think I jinxed myself yesterday when I said I hadn't started spotting yet cause I had a bit of spotting late in the day. It seemed to let up a bit but only time will tell. Spotting has always been a bad sign for me in the past.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: I'm going to be a super grandma and say oatmeal. I eat steel cut oats every single weekday morning and it is the best! Haha

R/R/CS: Temp dropped yesterday, but went back up a little today. The delusional part of me says, "This is totes implantation cramping and a dip!" But then I smack myself back down to reality and remind myself that these cramps are identical to what I feel before AF comes. And our timing was poop, so there's that.
GTKY: Sausage gravy and biscuits, although I rarely have it.
I have been testing since yesterday. I have a new bag of cheapies and plan to use them all.
Rant: I'm having a hard TTC morning. I was cramping all day yesterday and have no idea what that's about, I assume the clomid. I also hung out with pregnant sister in law so lots of jealousy which I really hate feeling towards family.
I'm going to have to go with a very legit sausage egg and cheese or French toast, or preferably both so I can dip my sandwich in the syrup.
Testing: I would like to say only if AF doesn't make her arrival, but realistically this weekend at 10-11 dpo.
R/R/CS: FF took a little longer to give me CHs this cycle, I think because all the Christmas/New Years traveling skewed a couple of my temps. It's really not a bad thing, though, because it makes my TWW more like a OneWW.

Thanks everyone for your kind words yesterday, I'm cautiously optimistic right now that my head is feeling a bit better today. Also, thanks for playing along with my summer olympics question even though it was January!
Month/Cycle: 4/3
CD/DPO: 32/9
Timing: -2, -1
Testing: oh, I'm in the thick of it now that I started, I can't stop. Still nothing good to report though. But it's early, so my spirits are still up!
R/R/CS: temps went back up from their dip a few days ago this morning, and almost .4 degrees up from yesterday alone. I don't know what to think about that, so I'll try my best to ignore it!
GTKY: basically anything with chorizo! For example, I don't like eggs, but give me a scramble with chorizo in it, and I'm game! Edit to add: bonus points if the chorizo is accompanied by avocado. And if I have to go sweet, it's French toast, no contest!
@DCHokiemom All I do is question my timing! "Well maybe when I got the yes on the ovulation stick i really didn't ovulate until 36 hours later, so actually my DPO is like -7, -5, -3." These are the conversations I have in my head. How frustrating, but it only takes 1 strong swimmer to make it happen! Don't count yourself out!
Month/Cycle: 1/1

Timing: -5, -3. -1
Testing: Not for the last two days! Not allowing myself to pick up FRERs until DPO 10 because I know I will use them!
R/R/CS: My friend just showed me her first ultrasound (10 weeks), I wanted to cry out of happiness for her! But it also makes me so excited/sad/scared because I want to have the same. I have NO patience in anything in life, so this waiting should be REALLY fun! I have no chart to stalk, but I will start next cycle so I have something to ask about here!
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: I LOVE french toast, but rarely eat it.... so probably some paleo pumpkin pancakes I make! They are a yummy treat with maple syrup!

Timing: -5, -2, +2
Testing: I keep saying I'm not going to, but I have 2 dollar store cheapies at home calling my name. Maybe Thursday if I can keep my will power that long. AF due on Saturday.
R/R/CS: Got crap sleep last night due to DH and DD. Went to bed at 10pm, he woke me up when he came to bed at midnight. Moved to the other bedroom because of his snoring at 1:30am. DD woke up crying at 3:30am, then 4am, then 4:30am. Temped at 6am and obviously got a higher reading. Stupid me has my hopes up even though I know the reason why it's elevated. I'm tired today.
GTKY: I don't normally eat breakfast, if I do it's a granola bar in the car. I sometimes like breakfast food for dinner. There's also a Bruegger's near my work, and sometimes I'll get a bagel with just cheese and bacon on it...hmmm...
Edit: I "temped" at 6am, not "tested." Sorry, tired..
Testing: No more until after AF is due. BFN yesterday.
R/R/CS: Boob pain finally showed up. It's the only PMS sign that I consistently get. Usually I get it 4-5 dpo so it's a little late but it's here nonetheless. My hopes are completely gone for the this cycle. I'm ready to just start over again.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: there is a diner down the road that makes an amazing cocnut French toast that I am in love with. I don't get it often but it's heavenly when I do!
CD/DPO: 29/13 I thought...Until FF took my CH away again this morning
Timing: -3, -2, -1, +1 - I thought
Testing: None.
R/R/CS: FF took away my CH again this morning so I really shouldn't be in TWW anymore but I'm hoping you ladies don't mind my sticking around until AF gets here which should be today or tomorrow. I'm feeling pretty down this morning. I've been trying to trick myself into thinking that my thermometer was just the cause for my confusing chart but it's pretty clear that O did not happen for me this month. Even though FF tried with all her might to give me CHs! I'm just really hoping that the cause was due to the stress of the holidays and work and not b/c of anything else. I just want AF to get here so I can move onto cycle 3 and start charting another month to see if I do O.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: I'd have to say a bacon and cheese omelet.
Timing:ED except we skipped cd 14 because hubby was sick
Testing:CD27
R/R/CS: cramping yesterday & today, no other things going on.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: all of them lol I love breakfast a little too much, egg sammies; French toast casserole, oatmeal with almonds, dates, hemp seeds, coconut oil, cinnamon & real maple syrup, protein smoothies, and omelets with spinach, mushrooms, ham & cheese.

@jparli We're on the same dpo and in the same spot! I had a drop yesterday, but mine was all the way to the cover line and back up today. When I saw it go back up I was so excited that I started googling implantation dip charts and then I smacked myself out of it because I hate being the crazy lady clutching at straws haha
@DCHokiemom Sorry you're having a rough time. I hate that feeling when it is someone you love or care about, so you want to be happy, but you can't help feeling bitter at the same time. After my friends told me that they are expecting and it was completely unplanned I cried most of the ay home from work. I never thought that trying to have a baby would be like this.
Month/Cycle: 6/6
CD/DPO:23/11
Timing: -4, -3, -1, 0........so if this timing is no good then I honestly don't know what is
Testing: I got that big old bag of wondfos on Saturday, so naturally I gave in and they have been negative ever since. My temp went back up today but for some reason I just didn't test. I think I already have it in my head that I am out and don't want to see any more BFN, stark white tests.
R/R/CS: I love documentaries and I watch them constantly on Netflix and hulu etc. Well, Netflix is an asshole because it said "hey, you would like this doc right here" It was called "Dear Zachary". I watched it while cooking dinner and DH found me ugly crying/sobbing in the kitchen, the poor guy was so confused. It was a great documentary but, I couldn't even deal with the last ten minutes and, with what I do for a living I hear and see a lot of terrible things so that is really saying something.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: All of it! Breakfast foods are by far my favorite foods. If it were socially acceptable I would eat them for every meal, no joke. Full disclosure, I sometimes do
@shaami1986 It's so frustrating and hope inducing at the same time. I just texted my H and said, "TWW is such a mind f*uck." His response was... "What is TWW?" Needless to say, I'm so thankful for this group.
@jparli I've caught myself using TB acronyms in conversation with DH before. Like he isn't already confused enough about this process! I swear, without this board I would be a crazy person in a mental hospital!

@jparli I've caught myself using TB acronyms in conversation with DH before. Like he isn't already confused enough about this process! I swear, without this board I would be a crazy person in a mental hospital!
I don't even mention anything about ovulation or tww or testing etc. to DH, not because he isn't interested but because I know it ends up stressing him out and if I feel down, he always feels terrible, like its his fault or something. I do mention when AF comes and that I am upset or disappointed but I try to keep it to a minimum. I feel the same way as you ladies about this board! I share so much and feel so much support here, even when I am acting/thinking crazy. I don't know what I would do without it!
Testing: Just bought some cheapos online, so of course I had to take them on a trial run. BFN, as expected.
R/R/CS: I've been lurking for a while and I'm learning a lot in the process. I've been using FF for the last two cycles, that's when I really started cycling regularly since going off BC in July. Just bought a BBT thermometer yesterday and decided to temp myself this morning for giggles. 96.56*. I know a single temp with nothing else to compare it to is useless, but I still felt like I got kicked in the gut when I saw such a low temp.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: French toast and burnt bacon. Second fave has to be eggs done over medium, enough to dip but not too runny.
@soda23, with a temp that low I would venture to say you haven't O'd yet. Keep temping even though you are far into the cycle, you might be surprised to find a temp shift later on. I'd keep HIO and start checking CM too.
I'm having some difficulty with my bbt temping and I think it may have something to do with the fact that I just cannot get a good nights sleep. I wake up numerous times throughout the night which actually just start a couple of months ago. Any of you ladies have any suggestions on things that I can do to help with this? Other than reduce stress. Thx!
Testing: It's early so I'm not itching to test yet. Goal remains 1/16.
R/R/CS: So I'm going to decide that I O'd on CD15 to simplify things and allow me to wait a couple of extra days before testing. If we're unsuccessful this time, I'm gonna spend $$ for the smiley face OPKs. I don't have time to interpret shades of pink/purple. I also read the digital directions and they let you use first morning urine which would work well for me because I drink lots of water throughout the day.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: French toast is my fave, but I'll take a sausage, egg & cheese taco any day!
R/R/CS: Nothing much to report. Everything is going pretty well.
GTKY: I make a baked oatmeal casserole with fruit that I really enjoy if we have company over. My favorite right now is a casserole that has sausage, eggs, onions, sweet potatoes, green pepper and coconut milk. I make it on Sunday and eat it all week. I also love homemade granola.
Testing: AF day because I'm usually pretty on the dot with AF timing
R/R/CS: I had a feeling I O'd CD 13 or 14, and temps were showing a spike up after 13 soooo I was kinda expecting a high temp & CH this morning. My temps are still wonkier than some of the nice pretty charts I see due to different wake up times, but I still have a nice rise.
I think temping is hurting my sex life. I'm getting obsessive about when to BD and frustrated when it doesn't happen, and it's causing DH to not want to. I think I need to take a cycle off and just reteach myself to be spontaneous and enjoy it. My current plan (I'm a freak, planning to be spontaneous) is to temp for another couple days to confirm my temp stays up and then just ride out the TWW as calmly as I can, and not touch a pee stick until I've missed a period. Still deciding if I want to post in TWW regularly... I may just come to chat.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food? Best meal of the day, but lately I'm loving soft boiled eggs. Oh my glory. The perfect way to eat an egg.
CD/DPO: 33/20 (supposedly but obviously not really)
Timing: N/A (was benched pending medical clearance post-MC)
Testing: BFNs the 31st and yesterday, obvs, because I am a crazy person.
R/R/CS: Have no freaking clue what's going on with my body at this point and not sure if I even belong in this thread at this point, but here we go anyway. Pretty sure now that I did not actually ovulate when FF says I did, when OPK was positive, and when OB said I was having mittelschmirz. Been having EWCM on and off for two weeks now. There is absolutely no sign of AF on the way. Whatever. DH will be traveling for most of next month and this cycle is pretty clearly screwed up post-MC, so I'm trying not to stress about it too much. AF will get her when she gets here. It's just irritating because I am normally very, very regular (I know, I know--you're regular until you're not). And I'm sick with this super nasty cold and feel icky. The good news is that thanks to the cold I've already lost 6 of the 30 pounds I'd like to lose before getting pregnant again (60 ideally but I'd like at least 30 off before we TTC again in earnest). I know it's mostly water weight/my glycogen reserves depleting, but I will take it.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: I generally hate breakfast. I am never hungry in the morning and it involves many of my least favorite foods (I hate eggs and do not like cereal). I'm not even a huge bacon fan--sacrilege, I know. When I am trying to be healthy I usually make myself drink a protein shake or have some Greek yogurt with fruit in the morning. I do love good biscuits and gravy, but (1) we live up north, and (2), they're terrible for you, so that's literally like a once every other year meal for me if that.
@shaami1986 - You're not out until AF arrives. FX for you!
@kfair001 - If you didn't O this month, FX that AF arrives soon and that you can move on to the next cycle. I know how frustrating that wait is seeing as I'm living it this cycle . . .
@LizaKate1213 - You're not out until AF shows up, but I'm sorry for the BFN.
@peggyolsonFTW - Sorry for the confusion. FX that your spotting was just spotting and that you get a BFP tomorrow, and hugs if you don't.
@DCHokiemom Sorry you're having a rough day. It can be so rough hanging around babies/pregnancy when you want that so badly but don't have it yet. FX that your tomorrow is better.

@PocketFullofShells ah gotcha. Thanks. I wasn't accurately temping before, so that is a best guestimate. We'll see.
@khbear117-I'm in the same boat. I'm an obsessive planner. Our original plan was to start TTC #2 in May, but then decided to have some fun in Dec and if it happened, it happened. Once I'm on board, though, there's no stopping me and I am becoming obsessed and "taking the fun out of it." I try hard not to, but we had 2 out of 4 unsuccessful BD attempts in December. I'm 99.9% sure I'm out this cycle, and I just hope DH is up to trying again next month.
@prettyPalomino - I'm glad you're feeling better post O this cycle.
@DCHokieman - I'm sorry you're having a tough TTC day! Lots of hugs for you. I hate the jealously I feel towards ladies who are pregnant. It's like I want to be super happy for them, but I just feel so sad for my own non-pregnant situation.
@aspeizer - I absolutely cannot have any HPTs in the house or they will be gone within the hour! It's unfortunete but true. I have no willpower when somehthing is right in my face, so I just don't let myself buy them.
@jmr1515 and @stephaniebuzzella - what exactly do you mean by "EOD" or "ED"? I get that it means 'every other day' or 'every day' but do you know when you actually had sex with regards to ovulation? Ie: -5, -3, -1, +1? or -4, -2, O?
@JamieK1882 - once an egg is released, it's only viable for a short period of time. It is literally impossible for fertilization to occur 2 days after ovulation. The only reason most will include +1 is to allow for error though temping and secondary signs are pretty accurate so that ovulation shouldn't be off by more than 1 day.
@soda23 - sperm can potentially live inside the female reproductive tract for up to a maximum of 5 days. It's not necessary to include -6 in your timing.
I just wrote EOD simply because I'm lazy and don't want to write out -3,-1,+1

I know! It is an amazing story and everything that happened was so ridiculous there definitely should be more attention called to it. Everyone I have told about it I have started out with "it has mentally scarred me for life".
I hate making eggs benedict - it seems like too many steps (and dishes!) to be worth it and I somehow always screw up the hollandaise sauce. It's is probably why I order it every time we go out
@PoodleDoodleOoo I recommend it because the story is gripping, the documentary is well made and I think that the shortcomings of the criminal/judiciary system and the family court system really need to be highlighted. Unfortunately, they are downfalls that we don't really know or hear about until they are happening to us or directly effecting us and it is terrifying what can happen. But....and this is a big, huge enormous Sir Mix-a-lot BUT, please, please be emotionally prepared because there are portions that are truly and deeply upsetting to anyone but especially parents/TTC.

CD/DPO: 27/11
Timing: -5, -4, -2, -1, 0
Testing: No more until after AF is due. BFN yesterday.
R/R/CS: Boob pain finally showed up. It's the only PMS sign that I consistently get. Usually I get it 4-5 dpo so it's a little late but it's here nonetheless. My hopes are completely gone for the this cycle. I'm ready to just start over again.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: there is a diner down the road that makes an amazing cocnut French toast that I am in love with. I don't get it often but it's heavenly when I do!

CD/DPO: 34/14
Timing: -4, -2, -1, O(x2)
Testing: Thursday if AF doesn't show up
R/R/CS: I started spotting today.
GTKY: What's your favorite breakfast food?: I love all things breakfast! BACON! Pancakes! Waffles!

Edited to correct cycle days

Full disclosure, I sometimes do
@jparli I've caught myself using TB acronyms in conversation with DH before.

CD/DPO: 26/5ish (no BBT, just OPK)
Timing: -6, -2, -1, O

CD/DPO: 16/3
Timing:-1
@mrsdho11 - It's still VERY early. FX for you!

@JamieK1882 Wha??
@shaami1986 - I'll have to check out Zachary... maybe... do you recommend it?
