Workout question

Hey Ladies! I have found this time around (pregnant with my second) I am so much more tired. I know that normally if I start exercising more I get more energy. Has anyone noticed workouts helping with their pregnancy fatigue? I'm not thinking about going crazy at the gym but just trying to walk for 30-45 mins each morning. Has it helped any of you guys?

  • I walk ALL day at work 9-10 hrs per day, and am definitely way less tired than I was last time around!!

    I also force myself to do about an hour at the gym 5x per week, light weight lifting plus 20-30 minutes on the eliptical or bike!

    Last time I was like falling asleep sitting up. Definitely doing better this time around!

    Aside from the nausea....:(
