Hello, I'm Leah (with twins!) Anyone else?

Hello!

I've been silently lurking on here for the last few weeks, but decided to join in!

I am 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant and had our first ultrasound today.... which revealed fraternal twins! (IVF).

I'm a mixed bag of emotions. I'm so, so excited but my anxiety has doubledn. When we heard their little heart beats it was amazing but I'm pretty terrified about a whole bunch of stuff, though not about coping with two little munchkins. More about getting them to arrive safely.

I am so happy to *meet* all of you, but was wondering whether anyone else is in the same boat as me?

Hi Leah, welcome and congratulations on your twins! I've definitely felt very anxious about this pregnancy sticking, mostly because I had a loss a few months back. I just keep trying to remind myself that I can only deal with what is in my control, and I know I'm doing everything I can to have a healthy pregnancy. This board has been a great place to get support and hear how lots of women are feeling the same way. Participating in the daily check-ins can be a great place to start because you can ask questions and just generally vent about how you're feeling.
