Multiple venous lakes

Hey everyone! So I'm almost 14 weeks and just had an ultrasound where they found multiple venous lakes in the placenta.. I've been doing a bit of googling but I was wondering if anyone else has had this? And what the outcome was? I have another ultrasound on Monday but my doctor really didn't say much..

I had never heard of this so I just did some quick investigating and everything I read said that it is basically just an unexplained phenomenon that shouldn't have any adverse effects on your pregnancy. Good luck!

Thank you! I was concerned because I've never heard of it and that the largest one was 9cm which seems pretty big.
