For starters I am as of Jan 5th, be 11 months postpartum. My periods after my son was born were always right on time. I had my period on Nov 27th - Dec 2nd. I was supposed to ovulate Dec 8th - 17th. I am not sure if I actually ovulated or not but I did have spotting that lasted 1 time, just when I wiped one time using the bathroom. Next bathroom visit, the spotting had stopped. I just chalked it up thinking it was just ovulating. I was supposed to start my period again Dec 26th. It is now Jan 1st and still nothing. I keep feeling like I want to start my period but for some reason I am just not starting. I took 3 pregnancy tests, 2 different brands, 1 pink dye and 2 blue dye and all negative. Yesterday I even took an ovulation test just to see if maybe I was ovulating late and it only showed 1 line. Tried the ovulating test again this morning, it showed 2 lines, the line on the left was pretty faint. Tried taking the ovulating test again tonight and I am back to 1 line again. I been having stomach pain and period like cramps as well, keep feeling nauseated, running a 99.5 temp., yesterday had dizzy spells, just overall feel miserable, like if I have the flu or something. I have been working more then usual and everyday the week of Christmas I had to wake up super early for work, which is not normal. Plus not sleeping well. I don't know if this is a weird coincidence or what, but my niece just had a baby girl 2 weeks ago. Seems like ever since then I haven't felt right. I have been super stressed about whats going on with me and I know thats not helping. I also have daily migraines and been taking excedrin just about everyday for the past month, so not sure if maybe taking to much excedrin might have done something. I also tried taking new vitamins b6 and garlic vitamins to help heal a boil I had. Any ideas what could be happening?
Re: Period Late, Negative Tests
Negative test = not pregnant at this time.
Your periods are regular until they aren't. It sounds like maybe you are coming down with something. How do you know you were "supposed" to ovulate between the dates specified? Are you temping?
**It's science**
If you aren't temping, you aren't confirming ovulation, so the best that app is doing is guessing.
Test weekly until you get a positive test or your period. Tests don't lie. If you go 60 days without a period or a positive test, then see a doctor because you may need your period jumpstarted with meds.
I'm not going to touch the rest of this. I'm not sure what you want people here to tell you. We don't know if you're pregnant.

It also sounds like you ovulated late or haven't ovulated yet this cycle.
If you were pregnant enough to be causing these symptoms, you'd be able to turn a test. You're not pregnant at this time. As PPs said, keep testing once per week until BFP or AF comes.
Also, never, ever diagnose yourself with cancer because of a google search.
