For starters I am as of Jan 5th, be 11 months postpartum. My periods after my son was born were always right on time. I had my period on Nov 27th - Dec 2nd. I was supposed to ovulate Dec 8th - 17th. I am not sure if I actually ovulated or not but I did have spotting that lasted 1 time, just when I wiped one time using the bathroom. Next bathroom visit, the spotting had stopped. I just chalked it up thinking it was just ovulating. I was supposed to start my period again Dec 26th. It is now Jan 1st and still nothing. I keep feeling like I want to start my period but for some reason I am just not starting. I took 3 pregnancy tests, 2 different brands, 1 pink dye and 2 blue dye and all negative. Yesterday I even took an ovulation test just to see if maybe I was ovulating late and it only showed 1 line. Tried the ovulating test again this morning, it showed 2 lines, the line on the left was pretty faint. Tried taking the ovulating test again tonight and I am back to 1 line again. I been having stomach pain and period like cramps as well, keep feeling nauseated, running a 99.5 temp., yesterday had dizzy spells, just overall feel miserable, like if I have the flu or something. I have been working more then usual and everyday the week of Christmas I had to wake up super early for work, which is not normal. Plus not sleeping well. I don't know if this is a weird coincidence or what, but my niece just had a baby girl 2 weeks ago. Seems like ever since then I haven't felt right. I have been super stressed about whats going on with me and I know thats not helping. I also have daily migraines and been taking excedrin just about everyday for the past month, so not sure if maybe taking to much excedrin might have done something. I also tried taking new vitamins b6 and garlic vitamins to help heal a boil I had. Any ideas what could be happening?

QFP.
Negative test = not pregnant at this time.
Your periods are regular until they aren't. It sounds like maybe you are coming down with something. How do you know you were "supposed" to ovulate between the dates specified? Are you temping?

I have an app on my phone that shows when I am supposed to ovulate and when my periods are supposed to be. Its always been accurate up till now. As for coming down with something I dont feel ill like I have a virus or a cold, I just feel achy and tired all the time, which is how I felt during my pregnancy with my son.
I believe you can do every week (or twice a week) a pregnancy test until positive or the arrival of AF. It can always be possible that your body is getting an irregular cycle in between, no matter how regular you normally was. You say that you had been working more then usually and less sleep, so could be that your body is trying to catch up with it. I don't know what the instructions from the excedrin say in your country, but here were not supposed to use it more then three days without consulting a doctor, so could be that you taking the excedrin for a month now could trigger some symptoms in your body like headaches. I should see a doctor to find out whats going on.
I already see a neurologist about my migraines. Been seeing him for 3 yrs now. And still trying to figure out why I am having them. I am allowed excedrin when needed unless its really bad then I take the pills im subscribed. He rather me take excedrin cuz the pills im on is highly addicting. But I been on excedrin for 6 yrs but this past month I been having to take more of them then usual.
With all that said I realize that my stomach also feels very bloated and have read many 2nd time moms feel that when pregnant early on. I have an appt for next week so guess we'll see whats going on. I also have had a dream seeing my son and another baby together and my son wearing a big bro shirt. And then last night I kept seeing pink in my sleep. I dont know if its because Ive always wanted a baby girl n im getting my body to the point it thinks Im pregnant or I actually am.

Oh my.
If you aren't temping, you aren't confirming ovulation, so the best that app is doing is guessing.
Test weekly until you get a positive test or your period. Tests don't lie. If you go 60 days without a period or a positive test, then see a doctor because you may need your period jumpstarted with meds.
I'm not going to touch the rest of this. I'm not sure what you want people here to tell you. We don't know if you're pregnant.

I know you dont know if im pregnant or not, I dont even know. Every test I take is negative. I was just reaching out to see if anyone else had a similar experience. Considering it may not even be pregnancy related. Theres number of things that could be going on including overian cancer or cysts.
@Disneynut71182 I'm so sorry you're not feeling well, but for the love of everything that is holy, do not go down the "it might be cancer" road. Go see your doctor. Stay away from Doctor Google.
It also sounds like you ovulated late or haven't ovulated yet this cycle.
If you were pregnant enough to be causing these symptoms, you'd be able to turn a test. You're not pregnant at this time. As PPs said, keep testing once per week until BFP or AF comes.
Also, never, ever diagnose yourself with cancer because of a google search.
I agree that it sounds like your sick. If your stomach troubles were caused by pregnancy, you'd be able to turn a test. If this isn't your cycle, some of us use temping to confirm when we have ovulated. Others prefer not to, which is totally fine, but I mention it because you seem like you might find the information helpful and/or calming.
Thanks everone. I did finally start today, 9 days late. Last time I was 10 days late, the next month I found out I was pregnant with my son. The stomach pains are gone thankfully.
