Oh that sounds like a lot of fun @Nerdchild ! I will be sitting at home until DH makes it home (usually 11:00ish stupid swing shift!) then I think we will just eat and count down then go to bed... I'm pretty lame!

DH and I are having dinner at our favorite sushi restaurant and then hanging out at home - we have a list of movies we want to rent on Netflix and a couple board games we got for Christmas that we want to try out! Fingers crossed we make it to midnight, but if not, I'm fine with that. :-)

Sitting at home watching TV....having a 21 month old and being pregnant isn't much fun on NYE.  The in laws were supposed to be coming but they called off.....so now we have a ton of food that won't get eaten because it all smells bad to me.  Happy new year everyone. X

We bought a lot of appitizers and are just hanging out. We ate the apps for lunch though since I can't eat without puking after 2 pm. We will most likely be in bed by 9. This is actually not different than most years.

1) I'll be sober and get to spend it with my coworkers who I love very much. I get to make a little money and have fun.

2) DH just called me to ask if I minded if he went on a boys trip for a couple of days to a neighboring state. Nah I don't mind, he's taking DS so ill get a little break. They are leaving tonight

Staying in with DH watching the football games. We always stay in together so that's not new. Usually we do a nice steak dinner with homemade French fries but...no thanks. Instead we got a bunch of different appetizer foods and will graze all night. Ginger ale to toast the new year if I'm still awake at that point.

If land is anything like world right now, all I can say is you have more patience with the general tourist than I ever will. Are you operations? Most of the queues are 90min+ here and we're at phase 2 (about 120k people)

Thankfully I can see the kingdoms fireworks from my friends house, where we're celebrating tonight. All the cider and none of the crowds for me!

No thankfully I work at the Disneyland Hotel. I work in the bar and they are predicting it to be pretty slow. I love it because I don't have to deal With the madness and all the children.

Oh I loved when I worked at a resort bar. There were guests I could get a little snarky with because I worked with alcohol, and I feel like you can't get away with that in other positions.

Roomies and I plan to stay home and continue to watch the football games and eat wings. We're laying on the couch being ultra lazy after the zoo this morning. My roomies daughter is 3 so we have no party plans this evening.

I'm cooking a frozen pizza and having some friends over later. I bought sparkling cider for the kids and me. We might watch a movie or play games. Haven't decided. DS is being a brat so I might put him to bed early. His ears are broken today and I can't deal with it anymore. Also currently cleaning waiting for friends to show up.
