Lactating again?

My LO weaned herself off the breast at 2 months. We had to start supplementing formula due to her lack of weight gain. It has been 3 months since she nursed and i was completely dried up. That is, up until last night. I took my bra off after work because it was 10 p.m. and i was ready to pass out. I noticed my left breast looked different than it usually has lately. I randomly decided to see if i could get anything out of it. I tried it and got milk out. I will say theres a pretty good chance that i could be pregnant again...i chose not to start on any birth control due to the difficulties we had getting pregnant the first time. I dont know if its normal to be lactating 3 months after stopping but its got me freaking out a little...
