First RE appointment

We have our first appointment at a specialist in early January. They told us to prepare to be there for 2 hours, what kind of questions and stuff should we expect? Will they be asking my husband questions as well? I've been on clomid and this is my last cycle on it with my OB. We also had my husband's swimmies checked and everything is normal.

My first RE appt, DH and myself was there for about 2 hrs. We went over alot of medical history for both of us. Also I had an US and bloodwork, discussed and decided on treatment best for us!

There are a lot of threads like this already so feel free to search the forum for answers as well!  Different REs do things a number of different ways, however depending on where you're at in your cycle, they may run different types of testing, like an HSG to see if your tubes are open, blood work (like AMH, FSH, etc).  At our first RE appointment I had an HSG and AMH test and the doctor reviewed our 2 SAs we'd done and figured out a treatment plan for us.  Then we spoke with the financial advisors and they verified our insurance and then went over costs with us.  I definitely recommend that you and your husband both attend the appointment.  And take notes and ask any questions that come to mind!

My first RE appt was a little over an hour.  DH was with me.  We discussed my medical history, what we've been trying while ttc, and possible treatments and pricing.  My RE also reviewed my FF charts.  DH already had an SA done and I wanted to wait until my insurance started over in January before I did any testing, so no tests were done then.
