Pumping/breastfeeding all-in-one bra question

I'm 35 weeks and my sister (who's currently breastfeeding her second) insisted on buying me a dairy fairy all in one pumping/breastfeeding bra for Xmas (yeah, it took me awhile to actually try it on-lol). I couldn't get it to lie flat enough to look decent under a t-shirt (I live in a warm climate and can't wear baggy sweaters all summer). It looks like I wrapped bunches of fabric around my boobs under the shirt. The contraption seems more hassle than it's worth. Does anyone have any experience with this, or can suggest a better product? I asked her not to buy these, but she insisted, then when I told her I was having problems, she told me not to try them on, that they were for after - but that would make them non-returnable and they're very expensive.

Re: Pumping/breastfeeding all-in-one bra question

  • You're right, they bunch up under clothes and are terrible! I haven't found and all-in-one worth buying.
  • Loading the player...
  • They are way too bunchy! I wear a nursing tank (Bravado-they are $45 but well worth it, I live in these!!) and just use the hands free bra while pumping. I wouldn't bother trying to wear the all in one all the time.
  • I don't have any experience with all in one.  I live in nursing tanks and then attach my pump to my tank clips with rubber bands.  It works really well for me.
