What Does This Mean?

My obgyn had me go to the ER Monday afternoon due to pink spotting and heavy cramping. Turns out poppyseed is fine. While there at 4w2d my HcG level was 3600 and the sac was measuring 4w6d. I'm using LMP of November 29th until I see my obgyn. What does the high number and sac being ahead mean?

It means you probably ovulated earlier than the EDD based on LMP assumes? That's my best guess

What PP said, you likely ovulated earlier than you thought. Also, most ultrasound measurements are +/- 4 or 5 days, so its possible that you're right on track with LMP and are just within the normal deviation for measurements.

This is pretty common so don't worry too much! Typically your LPM is off because most people don't have text book cycles which means you might have O'd earlier or later. Just like pp's said ultrasounds can be off by a little bit too.

Four days ahead wouldn't be worrisome size-wise, even later into pregnancy
