I cannot remember how to make my ticker work.

Can someone please point me in the direction of some instructions?  I keep copy and pasted the link in my signature and that is not working.

It looks like you are using the pseudo HTML code.  I was having trouble too.  But it worked for me when I copied the HTML code and then when editing my signature I clicked the </> symbol on the right (along the top of the text box).  When you hover over that icon it says "Toggle HTML view".  Then I just pasted the code at the end.

Mine didn't work until I highlighted and copied the actual ticker, not either code, and plugged it into my sig

I don't understand why I can't see anyone's tickers! I assumed that they weren't visible on mobile (as I'm pretty sure siggys don't show on mobile either). But when I tried on my tablet, I still couldn't see them. I want to create one, and I want to see them, but I don't understand what's going on! Thoughts??

You may have the option to strip images out of people's signatures ticked in your preferences?  If you can't see any images in signatures, that's a likely explanation.  It's under Signature Settings in your Account Options panel (there's a check box under the space where you type in your signature).

Thanks @MojieJo! That's the other issue....I don't see signature preferences anywhere. In my account settings, the only "preferences" I see is Email Preferences. I wonder if there's a help board somewhere. I'll keep poking around.

If you're using your iPad @mali0902 it might be sending you to the mobile site which has less settings than the regular one.

@FireInWonderland I'm using my Microsoft Surface, but I'll check to make sure it's not going to the mobile site! Thanks

@FireInWonderland they were the powers that be finally got a response, suggesting I try everything I've already tried, and to call them if it still doesnt work. I think I'm just going to settle with it's not meant to be. I hope I'm not like the only one without a ticker! (can't check )

I tried everything and couldn't get TB tickers to work so had to settle with lillypie.
