Anyone notice a difference in supply with going to the gym? I just started back working out today and I'm wondering if I should worry about breastfeeding. Thanks!
I did notice a difference and now I am pulling back during workouts. I think it was the workout (stress) plus the rapid weight loss that did it. Has to put weight back on and focus on losing no more than 1 lbs a week. That's just what worked for me...but thought I'd share
