Anyone have ideas where to get cute affordable cloths at. I went to target today and bought 2 shirts for 26 dollars they were on clearance and then went to khols and bought a short for 6 dollars on clearance. But neither place had a big selection of over the top cute things.
Re: Maternity cloths
If you don't use the Cartwheel app from Target, you should.
Make sure its the ingrid and Isabel one, not the target one. I was able to wear my work clothes all the way to 9 months with that thing! It definitely helped keep my maternity clothes budget in check. I am buying a 2nd and 3rd one for this time around.

I've also got a few shirts and a pair of jeans from craigslist.

Look for stuff from higher end brands because it will have more life left. And look for natural fibers. Those wear better than rayon overtime and you'll sweat less.
For new stuff Target, Old Navy, and Motherhood have new stuff that isn't too expensive but in my opinion their quality isn't great and the clothing isn't good for more than one or maybe two pregnancies. If you're only planning one preggo than that's just fine. Motherhood's Jessica Simpson line is a little better quality than their regular line. Motherhood's pull down to nurse tees and tanks come in a cotton blend and I continued to wear them postpartum to breastfeed.
Edit: one more idea is to try a size or two up in non maternity clothing. I was able to wear those in early pregnancy because it was hard to find executive professional maternity clothing. Higher end used brands were my friend.
