Red, sore, warm breast

After the shower last night I noticed my left breast was red and very sore..I thought it may have been the water temp or I may have scratched myself. I used some bio oil. No relief today..very sore and warm to the touch and blotchy red slightly itchy. I'm 10 weeks and a few days..anyone else experience this??

Yea I plan on it..asked a couple friends but no on had similar symptoms
