Stuffy nose at night

My daughter developed a cold and ear infection at Christmas. She slept ok the first few nights she was sick but now she doesn't sleep unless I hold her upright so she can breathe. We have the head of her crib elevated and use a cool mist humidifier but those things don't help. Has anybody tried something else that has helped?

Nope! I am in the same boat right now except my son will only sleep if I am holding him upright on my chest... Exhausting. Good luck! Hopefully our lo's will be better soon!

The nose Frieda is great. I suction him out before he nurses and before he sleeps and it helps a ton.
