Yes Halls are fine. I myself have used them but if you get the ones with Eucalyptus just don't consume too many.

Just don't eat a whole bag in a day and no worries. Put peppermint oil drop on a scarf or on pillow it does wonders with colds or coughs (:

Huh. It never occurred to me that they wouldn't be okay lol. I've needed a few every night to sleep through the night since getting this chest cold.
