We let our kids decide what they would call them. They ended up calling MY grandparents Nan and Poppa (like me) and mine and my husband parents Grandma and Grandpa. The exception is my dad...he is Beeboo lol. My oldest would make a sound all the time when he was a baby so my dad would always say Beeboo to him whenever he did it. When he started talking, my dad became Beeboo lol.
